Our Achen Rev. Jai Varghese and family came to Atlanta on May 28, 2009. Achen
is from Enathu. Achen was the vicar of four Mar Thoma Churches at Neyyattinkara
area, Trivandrum prior to his appointment in Atlanta. Achen Holds a Masters
degree in Sociology and took his BD from Leonard Theological College in Jabalpur.
Achen got his ordination in 1998; since then, Achen served Rajahara and
Rajanandagaon in Madhya Pradesh; Edamuri, Keekozhur and several other parishes
in Ranni before he was posted in Neyyatinkara. Achen’s family, Kochamma Mrs.
Majulet Jai Varghese, children Christa Ann Jai and Cerenilla Mariam Jai also
accompanied Achen. Kochamma is from Bangalore East Mar Thoma Church, Christa is
a 6 year old rising 2nd grader and Cerenilla is 4 year old. |
